Bring 20 of your students over to start and earn $600/mo to teach one weekly live stream. Start with 30, and earn $1K/mo, and grow from there. Twice-monthly paycheck + get paid even if you have to take sick days and cancel classes.

Requirements To Join
We are looking for professional, quality, potent, and wise instructors of yoga, meditation, and other healing movement arts.
Light, light, light
Bright space for live streaming. Video looks crisp and clear with ample light.
Excellent quality A/V
Purchase of camera and sound equipment (no earbuds). Can be deducted from paycheck over the course of a year.
Experience
Minimum 10 years teaching experience. (There is wiggle room here.)
Established
Minimum of 20 of your students sign on with you to start.
Virtual Experience
Experience teaching online preferred, but definitely not required. It's easy to learn and we will help you!
New-ish Computer
Old systems struggle to keep up with live streaming.

More Details
What is the monthly subscription cost for members?
$65/month, with an option to pay yearly. Students may cancel anytime.
Will people pay that?
The Daily Well is not a model of thousands of subscribers for a nominal monthly fee. It is a co-op of teachers who have a base, whose students want to stay with them, and whose students also expect excellent yoga and meditation. Teachers have ownership of their business while also receiving the support from The Daily Well.
Tell me more about the pay structure.
$5 off the top goes to credit card fees and a per/user Uscreen fee. The remaining $60 is split 50/50 for the first 20 students you have, then for students 21 and beyond, you receive $40 per student. Paychecks are released twice per month.
Can I see the full financial model of the Daily Well digital studio?
YES, we will email you a spreadsheet showing your income potential as well as The Daily Well's monthly investment to help you grow.
How do I apply?
Do I sign a contract?
Yes, The Daily Well will send you a contract to come on board. We just ask for a six month commitment, and after that you can leave anytime.
What if I can't keep the minimum of 20 students per month?
We will work with you and help you get there. There is no financial penalty if you drop below 20.
Who owns my content?
Any classes recorded while you are a Daily Well instructor are owned by The Daily Well. In addition, any previously recorded on demand classes The Daily Well purchases from you are owned by The Daily Well.
Tell me more about the once yearly special event I'll teach.
One per year, you'll teach a more in-depth program. It could be a short meditation series, a workshop, a half-day retreat, book club, etc. With 12 teachers, we will be able to offer a special event to our students once a month.
Can I market my other offerings to the student base?
YES! Please share about your other offerings, and utilize The Daily Well member base to grow your retreats, workshops, in-person classes etc. The Daily Well can host content to support other programs you offer.
